Skyfall hits theaters November 9th. But, you can check out a clip of Bond meeting Q for the first time and engaging in the British Intelligence version of “Snaps”.

I’m well versed on English comedy as you can see. Anyway, I had no idea that Q stood for Quartermaster all these years. That lessens the coolness of the Q nickname somehow. I thought it was just an assigned alias for the sciency gadget man representing some sort of mathematical variable. That’s like finding out 007 was just the last 3 numbers of Bond’s locker at the Secret Service.
