The original Judge Dredd starred Sly Stallone and Rob Schneider. That’s about all I wanna say about the original.
The reboot, Dredd, stars Karl Urban as the new nose and mouth of the series. And it’s taking a darker, edgier tone than Stallone’s original Demolition Man’esque sequel.
Darker and edgier doesn’t automatically mean awesome because Punisher: War Zone was dark and edgy. But Lethal Weapon 5 was better than that crap. But it does also star Olivia Thirlby. And that’s all right.
